Michael McGregor writes music and songs for film and tv. He lives in Los Angeles and Paris and has traveled throughout Europe, Australia, North Africa and Japan adding a unque world flavor to his Louisiana upbringing.
As a recording artist and producer Michael has top ten Billboard dance hits, songs recorded by many artists including Deniece Williams, Five Star, Tina Charles, Eric Tagg, and over 2000 song placements in film and tv including such shows as Ugly Betty, The Simpsons, CSI, Prison Break, ER, Fox Sports, MTV, Criminal Minds.
Michael currently has songs in "Valentines Day" "Sex in the City II" and the upcomng Woody Allen film "You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger. You can hear one of Michael's world beat creations on the "Sex and the City II" soundtrack.
 . The song is "Euphrates Dream" which features a Middle East sound which compliments the Mideast theme of the movie.
Current projects include the music for an upcoming musical with collaborator Jack Robinson(paris), dance remixes of the Sex and the City track "Euphrates Dream" and indi pop vocal project blue confession with collaborator Ron Boustead.
